*Term*: 6 mo CTH
*Note*: This person will be supporting existing websites and launching a
new site as well. After the new launch, this person will migrate 300+
microsites over to Sitecore and then maintaining sites. This Developer will
be dedicated to the Communications team and be the sole developer for the
Sitecore CMS. They will have access to and work with other Development
teams and could help those teams on projects if needed. They are also
launching a new intranet (SharePoint), but that experience would just be a
plus.

*SUMMARY*
We are seeking a full stack .NET Sitecore Developer to join our internal
team to provide daily support and project based enhancements of the
Sitecore platform for a public facing website while ensuring that all
Sitecore development activity across all digital platforms supports
strategic goals. We are looking for a .NET Sitecore Developer capable of
developing web based code leveraging Sitecore best practices, participate
in requirements gathering, code development, agile ceremonies, develop unit
and QA regression testing plans, support daily website operations including
break fix and enhancements to the Sitecore platform and other integrated
software platforms, and monitor and report on site analytics. Under the
direction of the Corporate Communications leadership team, this role will
produce business and technical requirements for the projects. This position
plays an important role in the overall communications strategy. You will
have the opportunity to create new applications, enhance them and manage
the security in support of applications access requirements for the package
platform.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
- Experience designing/developing web applications for products using
ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript technologies and SQL Server Design database
schema, developing stored procedures (T-SQL)
- Experience developing web applications with Sitecore 8.x
- Ability to complete all phases of systems development life cycle
(SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing and support
utilizing traditional waterfall and Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Ability to interpret complex business requirements and encapsulate
business logic/rules into reusable libraries
- Strong understanding and demonstrated usage of object-oriented design
concepts
- Experience with software versioning and release management
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure
environment
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented,
collaborative environment
- Umbraco 7.5 experience a plus
- Sharepoint online experience a plus
- Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information
Systems, or a related field from an accredited college or university is
preferred
