Job Description:

5+ years of SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS development and production support
5+ years of development and production support in CNET, ASP.NET, Web Services (including WCF), Windows Services
Strong experience around IIS configuration, settings, application hosting and troubleshooting skills
Strong application Monitoring skills for system health checks using tools like – Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.
Good experience around Release Management activities -
Coordinate/collaborate with Enterprise Change Management, Stakeholders and Tech Teams on Change Request activities (emergency / exceptions / regular)
Planning for scheduled outages and recovery for production/BCP
Continuous engagement with development teams on new installs and releases
Production deployment readiness reviews
Game plan reviews, monitor new/existing change requests, work requests, problem tickets, etc.
Experience/Knowledge with Oracle and Teradata DBs
Experience/Knowledge on basic commands in Unix
Experience using Change Management and Incident Management tools like Jira, BMC Remedy, HP ALM
Experience working with Jobs scheduling using Autosys and SQL Server Agents
