Onshore Java Tech Lead – Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Quickly grasp knowledge on applications developed using Sencha ExtJS, .net MVC
Exhibit strong technical, problem analyzing and solving skills.
Single point of contact person at onshore to work with client business, IT stakeholders and execute the delivery with the help of offshore team.
Responsible for handling Incident & Problem management and complying with SLO expectations.
Demonstration of leadership execution and drive project execution along with support groups like Technology migration and Infrastructure changes.
Exhibit thought partnership on wide variety of topics, including trends in Insurance and IT industry.
Flexible to work in extended working hours based on business need.
To implement Agile / LEAN / Kanban as per the business need.
Qualifications:
8+ years of Technology experience including 4+ years of experience as Developer and 4+ years of experience as Tech Lead at onsite.
4+ years of experience in Insurance industry preferably in maintenance and production support of ExtJS applications.
Excellent communication skills (absolutely mandatory
Exposure to wide breadth knowledge in ExtJS technology is important.
Experience in Strong leadership execution in multi-vendor and customer team is mandatory
Technology background – Sencha ExtJS, Javascript CSS
Demonstrated ability in Agile / Lean / Kanban methodology.
Demonstrated ability of thought partnering to run innovation & efficiency improvement initiatives.
