JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking Developer Leads who can lead Cloud Migration effort for 1000+ applications that are in the migration factory pipeline. I am looking for candidates who have very strong technical skills, have worked on different Microsoft technologies, quick to learn, excellent communication skills, and exposure to cloud. I am not asking for Azure experts but any Azure experience will be preferred. We will train them on Windows Azure Pack and cloud migration processes.
Required Qualifications
Close to 7+ years or more of application development and implementation experience
6+ years of CNET/VB.NET experience
6+ years of MS SQL server experience
Provide direction and guidance to development staff
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
Close to 7+years or more experience with Microsoft development tools
5+ years of SOA (Services Oriented Architecture) experience
Excellent debugging and problem solving skills
Experience in Code Refactoring
Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies
Familiarity with Cloud Computing
BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
