As you know, filling the developer position we have available has been slow.

We are going to change our approach a little in that we are now willing to look at someone with lesser experience (minimum of 5 years) and is looking for a place to grow their career.

All other requirements remain the same.

Working between old and new technology, older software (Imaginera) and our newer software EnCore (formerly known as iNext

If they are working or have worked significantly with a large scale system like ERP system, Manufacturing system, Distribution etc. That weighs very heavily as our system is very large and complex.

If they have above and .net or Gupta then even more a plus

Not really interested in candidates that have spent their careers in Insurance software, financial software, healthcare.

It will take someone a good amount of time to be productive and we want them to stay around for a while
