preferably on Microsoft technologies
Strong knowledge on Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Ability to document requirements and specifications in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with software development methodology, release and change control procedures and disciplines.
Good communication skills with Health Care Domain experience the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
