Job Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with project manager, team lead, and other developers to enhance two existing Intranet sites of moderate complexity with high significance and risk.
Performs design, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and implementation.
Given set of requirements, estimates and defines time tables and project tasks; analyzes and estimates cost and time.
Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends technical solutions.
Works well in a team environment. Communicates openly with other developers and management to identify and resolve technical problems or report project milestone completion.
Demonstrates good understanding of the business needs driving the projects.
Follows established SDLC methodologies, version control, and data protection.
COMPETENCIES:
Proficient experience with Microsoft .Net 4.5+ C#
Proficient experience using the MVC framework
Proficient experience with Angular 1.5
Experience writing queries of moderate complexity for SQL Server
Proficient experience with HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and other libraries required
Experience working in an Amazon Web Services environment a plus
Experience working with Team Foundation Server or other source control system a plus
Encourage open exchange of ideas and knowledge sharing
Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Visio; Project a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment
Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent training or work experience
Five plus years applications analysis experience or equivalent
