Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: 4 months Contract to Hire Client is preferring for US Citizens or GC Holder.
Locals are highly preferred
H1s eligible but they must be willing to accept full time employment (FTE) in 4 months. No backward step.
Client will spencer GC for H1 Candidates


Candidate has to be in our w2 for the first 4 months. After 4 months candidate will be in Client w2 with benefits.

It’s huge project for our Client $4 billion Project. Minimum duration the project that they are expecting 8-10 years. May go longer.

Summary
This position will be a part of a collaborative team that that is focused on solving a national healthcare problem. The individual selected for this position will participate in all phases of the development lifecycle from initial requirements gathering and design to coding and testing of our suite of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based products.

Role and Responsibility
Responsible for designing and developing the rich presentation layer based on technologies such as C#, SQL Server, .Net Platform
The candidate will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and design to coding and testing
Work with cross functional team members - such as Development Leads, Architects, Quality Engineers and DBAs - in a highly collaborative development environment
Work directly with partners on the integration of outside solutions into Lumeris’ application frameworks
Lead the way by developing company standards for software development
Work with and lead, at a project level, the local and remote staff responsible for the research and development efforts
Experience, Qualifications and Education
Requires 5 years of experience with C#, SQL Server, and the .Net Platform
Requires 3 years of experience with SQL Server including the ability to write select statements
Requires at least 3 years development experience in an enterprise development environment
Requires experience with Object Oriented Programming techniques
Requires knowledge with the Agile software development methodology
Requires knowledge of software development lifecycles and their utilization in software projects
Requires solid communication and interpersonal skills; with the ability to work constructively in a collaborative team environment
Requires strong problem solving ability, analytical, and design skills
