Job Title : .Net Developer/Support Engineer
Location : Redmond , WA
Duration : Full Time

Job Description:
o .Net Development (C++, C#, VB.Net, HTML5 or any programming languages) – Must have.
o Web Application Troubleshooting skills
o Windows Azure knowledge desired. Microsoft Web technologies ASP.NET (HTTP or SOAP) desired.
o Web Application development, consulting or support with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Client, Server and Development products and technologies.

Soft Skills
o Handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations
o Strong communications skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
o Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence
o The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable
o Demonstrable troubleshooting skills
o Cross-team collaboration
