Job Title: .Net Developer
Location: Raleigh, NC
8+ years of working experience in a software development role
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or 5+ years working experience in a financial industry IT environment
Strong background in .NET Framework 3.x, 4.x, C# & XML
Proven experience in developing rich client applications WPF and Winforms
Proven experience in developing enterprise server applications using C#/.NET, WCF.
Extensive experience on multithreading, asynchronous processing & concurrent programming
Strong background in relationship databases in Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL Server etc.
Strong experience in working with messaging infrastructures like EMS, MQ etc.
Experience in Java development is a plus
Experience in working with Sol 10, Linux is a plus
Willingness to learn new businesses and functions
Flexibility in dealing with off-hours/weekend support issues
End User Experience related experience for 4 years or more
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment is essential.
Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills
Ability to lead business and technology stakeholders to strategic goals
Flexible to learn new skills and do whatever is required to "get the job done"
Results-oriented, goal-driven self-starters, highly analytical, pro-active and detail oriented.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once - Demonstrates professional development.
Has background in Unix/C++ is a BIG plus
