This person is responsible for creating innovative technology POC and researches. Inutility he will be working with Deputy CIO for creating latest technology innovations.

This candidate will be working on following 2 main projects.
Ø Court Automated Notification system:
Court is looking for building automated reminder services for all of clients using Twillio, This automated system should send text messages and automated voice calls to all clients about their case court hearing date and time. Canceled cases, Hearing date changes etc. We expect to send more than 80K text message & Voice calls per month.

Ø Court ChatBot: Superior court is building AI based Integrated chatBot system. This ChatBot should be able to answer questions like court location, jury duty information, parking location, Processing traffic ticket payments, case specific information and other general enquiry information.
