Job Description
The Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Youth Services (DYS), is seeking resource-based contract developer support to augment OIT staff in developing additional functionality related to the expungement of client records from the DYS information system known as Trails. DYS is seeking support services effective from the execution of this agreement through 6/30/2018. The following scope outlines the expectations and timeline for the requested support agreement.
Task Description Schedule Add functionality to Trails for Design a method for linking April-June 2018 capturing documentation related documents received by DYS to expungement requests requesting the expungement of client records. These may be email attachments (PDF, DOC, etc) or hard copy documents that would need to be digitized. DYS staff would use this functionality either inside the Trails system or perhaps via a separate but related system. Add expungement function to Enable DYS administrators to April-June 2018 current Trails system perform the expungement of client records out of Trails
This work will be in support of the "Trails" system. Scope and assignments shall not extend to fixing or enhancing any other applications, or supporting any other CDHS division, or any other state agency.
Staff able to support the following efforts:
Oracle database development and PowerBuilder application development
Data security model management to ensure integrity of data outside of the Trails application
Data management including export/import of records, deduplication, etc.
UAT coordination with state program staff on changes in the Trails application configuration to verify functionality
Colorado-based candidates able to attend in-person meetings when applicable are preferred, although teleconference technology is also used to support vendor participation.
