Role and Responsibilities
Design, develop and deploy high performing, secure software for Enterprise Customers
Design, write technical specifications (requirements) documents
Participate and contribute in code review and Architectural meetings
Participate as an integral and enthusiastic part of the team, exhibiting ownership, follow through, initiative, awareness and effective communication with peers and management
Continually learn, actively share knowledge and foster exchange of skills
Candidate must understand fast-paced, sense of urgency environment. Must be willing to "switch gears" with very little notice on projects
Ability to work with and sometimes lead Contractors and Consultants participating in the project Skills and Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years experience in .net Forms based, 4GL, Web Based Systems, Web Services
Experience in developing and deploying Web Services Expertise Restful, WCF type architectures to large user based systems
Expertise with SQL using SQLSERVER or Other RDBMS
Understanding of Application Caching and Performance enhancement strategies
Expertise with JSON serialization/deserialization
GUI Expertise WinForms, ASP.Net, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, Html5
Strong analytical, design and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and SVN
Familiarity with agile software development environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
