Job Description :
1) Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
Bidders who do not meet the following mandatory qualifications and experience will be rejected as non-responsive and will not receive further consideration. Any proposal that is rejected as non-responsive will not be evaluated.
a) Have provided the types of technical services identified herein for at least 5 years.
b) Proven success in providing contract developers for Microsoft technology-based systems using MVC, CNet, and SQL Server within government agencies.
c) Experience in interviewing end users to clarify application requirements.
d) Experience in documenting operating instructions for technical support staff.
e) Proven ability to efficiently meet work orders agreed to.
f) Experience in estimating the time and cost in providing services for enhancements and data maintenance.
g) Have 5 years of experience with MS SQL including stored procedures, T-SQL programming, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSIS) development.
h) Have 2 years experience with HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and LINQ.
Have experience working with users and other technical staff in an iterative design and build project environment using Agile - Scrum project management techniques.
2) Highly Desired Qualifications and Experience:
The following will be taken in consideration for evaluation purposes, but are not required to be responsive to this Work Request:
a) Experience developing automation system using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to flow data to EPA- Exchange Network system.
b) Performing data migration from other sources (Excel, Cloud, MS Access) to SQL Server database.
c) Experience developing with esri’s Javascipt API and working with integrating map services
