HAVE TO BE LOCAL TO DALLAS
The Software Developer position will interface with clients, account
management, application development, QA and IM teams. This is an exciting
position demanding a strong aptitude for application development and
Software Development Life Cycles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and support applications in production, pre-production
environments and coordinate QA and UAT cycles
Managing production support, stability and maintenance
Identifying, troubleshooting and debugging defects
Design, development and deployment of UI and functional features for
web applications
Perform database and application operations
Provide application support to internal and external clients
Identify, analyze and articulate problem areas and work with others
to devise solutions focusing on stability, performance and
scalability
Working with a fair degree of independence on concurrent
implementations
Follow internal processes for project management, change management
and defect management
3+ years’ experience in web application development using C#, .NET
Working knowledge of RDBMS, preferably MS SQL Server and familiarity
with SQL optimization concepts
Working knowledge of source control systems, deployment tools, defect
tracking & management tools and Project Management tools
Proven familiarity with XML, JavaScript, AJAX
Ability to analyze and convert business requirements in to functional
specifications
Commitment to excellence and ability to work with other team members
Capacity to thrive within a high-energy fast-paced environment
Bachelor''s (or higher) Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Strong, clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience with graphical applications, rich user interfaces and
custom controls (preferred)
Knowledge of new technologies and trends in the advertising/marketing
industry (preferred)
