Job Description :
Role : .Net Developer

Location: Kalispell, MT / Minneapolis MN

Duration: 12+months

Experienced Required:

A minimum of 8 years of total work experience including 5+years of relevant software development experience in MS . NET related technologies and at least 2+ years of team management and client handling.

Should have development experience in C#, .NET batch program development, web service integration,ASP.NET,VB.NET., AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, MS SQL Server 2005/2008.

Should have good experience with WPF and MVVM.

Should have experience in Winforms, Multithreading, XML & SQL Server.

Proficient in iterative development methodologies like Agile, RUP etc.

Experience in client relationship management, project co-ordination in an onsite-offshore model.

Should have delivered projects successfully in onsite-offshore model.

Should have hands on experience in requirements gathering and creation of both high level and low level design.

Should be able to implement best practices and possess mentoring skills.

Good Communication Skills & Time Management

Ability to understand how to think around obstacles and execute deliverables on time

Must have high initiative, leadership qualities, good Interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing and delivery of projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects

Managing scope and change requests (CR)

Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project.

Guiding the team in defining technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalize the DB schema.

Formulates strategies and methods in coordination with the Architect to gather functional requirements and capture them in standard notations like use cases.

Planning and allocating work to the team.

Monitoring development activities and reporting project progress

Managing, mentoring and providing technical guidance/support to project teams

Liaison with project team and delivering projects as per scheduled milestones (risk/quality/time)

Review/Improve upon current processes/methodologies.

Improve the technical competence of the team through training & development of existing and new team members.

Education:

Bachelors/Masters in Engineering/Science
