Job Description:
Review current Explore PA Trails website
Work with project owners and BIT project manager(s) to create a new website that enhances/improves popular features, provides new features and overhauls features that are unwieldy and cumbersome in the mobile environment including but not limited to:
o Combine the current desktop and mobile versions of the website into a single website that is both mobile and desktop friendly.
o Redesign the site for ease of use and functionality.
o Integrate improved mapping that is being done in a separate effort into the new webpage design/framework.
o Be more interactive to enable users to easily upload photos and reviews from their mobile device, help create a trail fan club, keep a log of trails visited, rate the trails, provide trail alerts, view the trail topography and view a more organized calendar.
Ensure consistency with DCNR’s ongoing DCNR website redesign and deployment efforts - have a similar look to the NEW DCNR website
Provide support for DCNR web redesign/redevelopment effort as requested.

Skill Requirements:
Microsoft MVC, .NET and .ASP Development and Architecture – 4 years
Web Design Experience - 2 Years
Application design for mobile Devices – 1 year
Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering – 1 year
