Position: .Net Developer,(Only Local to WA
Location: Bellevue, WA, USA.
Duration: 6+ months.
Job Description:
This role needs SQL Server Development experience. We are not looking for SQL Server Developers. Not looking for candidates with SSIS, SSRS type work.
Need .NET developers who are strong in writing Stored Procedures, Complex Queries and triggers. 90% of the day to day will be involving SQL Server work.
· Design and develop internal and external business systems / applications, systems interfaces, databases, reporting, or business intelligence systems, as required to deliver new systems functionality supporting corporate business objectives.
· Lead moderately complex projects, often mentoring and providing guidance to team members at a Developer 1, 2, or 3 level, and work under the guidance of a Developer V on complex projects.
· Translate business and functional requirements into documented technical specifications.
· Utilize development skills to build (code) and unit test new systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and documented unit test results.
· Develop application support documentation as required by the application support teams for acceptance of systems changes into production.
· Build and unit test production deployment packages and implementation plans for scheduled systems enhancements.
· Facilitate / lead reviews (walkthroughs) of technical specifications and program code with other members of the technical team, communicating design, requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of systems / applications to team and development lead.
Qualifications:
· 6-8 years’ Application Development experience
· 6-8 years’ experience using: C#, ASP.Net, .Net 2.0/3.5
· Good understanding of: AJAX, Web Services, T-SQL, SQL Server 2008/2012, SharePoint 2003/MOSS 2007, SSIS, SSRS
· 6-8 years’ experience designing and developing applications on one RDBMS (Oracle or SQL 2008), operating system (UNIX or Windows) or designing complex multi-tiered applications.
· Wireless industry experience desirable.
· Development experience on at least four projects with total project team size greater than three team members.
· Lead developer on at least one project impacting multiple business units and providing technical leadership for at least three developers.
· Mentor other members of technical / development staff.
· Work with at least three business applications / systems
· Provide tier four production support.
· Bachelors of Science: Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
