Developer/Architect Qualifications:
Expert level hands-on proficiency in using Asp.Net Core 2, Entity Framework Core, MVC6, Web API, Security Token Service, Dependency Injection, Repository Patterns, Asynchronous Processing, Progressive Web Applications, Angular, OWASP Top 10 Security compliance, and other technologies related to the latest .Net framework in the windows server platform, SQL Server, and web browser platform.
Microsoft MVP is welcome.
MCSD Certification or equivalent required.
Proficient knowledge and at least 5 or more years’ experience in migrating the legacy applications into the loosely coupled, asynchronous, reusable, granular, extensible services for enterprise business applications.
Offender management or correctional case management software development experience using business rules engine is desired but not required.
