Role: .Net Architect / lead
Location: SFO, CA, USA
Duration: 6+ Months

Primary skills: DOTNET(REST API, WEB API, Web services),
SQL Server,
Prod Issue Troubleshooting/RCA,

Secondary skills:
working experience in at least one of the Monitoring/Log Analyzer tools (any)

Communication skills:
1. Since the role is going to be for a lead position, it is expected to handle support on day today activities and also be an incident manager when the production issue arises.
2. Associate needs to be very proficient in communication (verbal / written

Nice to have:
1. Associate should be able to handle escalations from customers / have had a lead role experience in the production support environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. New associate should be working in rotation based Shifts (including Night shifts) model and on weekends. 5 days a week.
2. A production support will be responsible for receiving incidents and requests from end-users/business/by monitoring the Dashboards.
3. Associate needs to analyze the raised issues and will need to respond to end users with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams.
4. Support personal will be responsible to maintain the SLA within the limit and bringing back the application/business back to normal ASAP if something goes down.
5. They should also be ready for cross application training and support.
6. Should be Ready to learn new set of ITSM tools (monitoring tools) like Dynatrace, Splunk, .etc.
7. Should contribute to innovation and Automation should learn new automation tools
