Project Summary: Develop Future State Platform for Property Appraisals
Responsibilities - In detail:
The Technical Architecture team will be charged with the responsibility of building an efficient, effective and functional solution architecture, addressing the functional and non-functional requirements defined by the Business Analysis team. The solution will include an assessment of build/buy/hybrid technology choices, with a recommended approach, a deployment architecture, a recommended technology stack and a system and data migration strategy.
Assess client systems for Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), stability, usability, performance, stakeholder’s feedbacks
Discuss Architecture Objectives of App to be developed
Analyze Functional as well as Non Functional Requirements
Discuss Key Scenarios
Create solution architecture views with RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log
Prepare Data migration plan, address the regulatory and compliance requirements
Socialize the solution approach and make changes if any
Finalize the solution Architecture and the deployment architecture
Desired Skills:
