Job Description
Essential Skill sets
At least 2-3 years experience as a Solutions Architect
Solid understanding of .NET Framework (3.5/4.0/4.5)
Highly proficient in C#, ASP.Net (Web Forms/MVC 3/4), WCF, WebAPI and MS SQL Server
Knowledge of JavaScript development using JQuery and other libraries such as AngularJS
Knowledge of .NET Core 1.0

Role - The Architects responsibilities includes:
Providing technical architecture and solutions, tool/software alternatives and capabilities, design specifications and recommendations related to technical & performance issues
Providing team leadership, supporting full project life cycle initiatives
Development, design, architecture and technical team participation
Presales support including project definition, scoping/sizing, analysis of technical alternatives and presentation of such results
Helping to define best practices and further the capabilities of the application development department/practice
Conducting technical interview of potential candidates, evaluate both existing and potential team members
Mentoring and developing junior team members

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with developing solution architecture, conceptual and logical system design for largescale programs and projects
Proven track record of building technical and business relationships with senior executives.
Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to technical, nontechnical and clients
Demonstrated technical thought leadership in customer facing situations.
10+ years of experience with software engineering
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and web application security vulnerabilities
Demonstrated understanding of basic estimating procedures, capable of assembling a basic project plan
Bachelor''s degree in computer science or equivalent
