ROLE: .NET Application Developer
Location: Little Rock, AR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze & Design:
Resolve comments and/or seek clarifications from team on functional design documents across business process area.
Build:
Participate as a developer in a team environment with one or more project technologies (see below
Perform code and design reviews for peers.
Perform unit testing/system testing/integration testing.
Participate with Release Manager/Technical Leads to work towards planning for project/product deployment and also involve in all the activities around deployment for developed program units.
Should be able to think laterally and see improvement opportunities in the code and suggest improvements to leads/managers.
Resolve incidents/problems reported and also perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues.
Document and maintain deliverables such as Code/BRDs/Design/Test Plans and Scripts/Deployment Plan.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience.
Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and innovative approach to finding resolutions.
Must have experience with one or more of the following:
Object Oriented full lifecycle software design and development
Front-End Web Development with ASP.NET, HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript
Developing code-behind in Windows-based application technologies including VB.NET, CNET, and other development technologies
Back-End Development with SQL, REST, WCF
Developing in Microsoft Visual Studio, ALM using Microsoft TFS
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R3, 2012 and above database development required with T-SQL
Oracle 11G and above database development required with PL/SQL
IBM DB2 database development a plus but not required
Writing end-user reports with Microsoft SSRS, SAAS, and other Business Intelligence platforms
PowerBuilder and/or COBOL experience a plus but not required
Functional knowledge with health and human services public sector experience a plus.
