The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at the State of Iowa is looking for a highly motivated .Net developer to join our agile delivery team.

Our core technology stack includes .Net, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Bootstrap, and Angular.

Experience in these technologies, in addition to agile scrum experience, are required for the position and will be HEAVILY TESTED during the interview process.

Description

Question 1
The Contractor must report any disciplinary action, misdemeanour or felony convictions to the State for any temporary IT staff provided. Do you agree to this requirement?

Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by CAI Management in advance, and contact information must be provided to CAI so that a resource can be reached during his or her absence. The client has the right to dismiss the resource if she or he does not return to work by the agreed upon date. Do you accept this requirement?

Interviews will be held in two parts. First, brief TECHNICAL phone interviews on Tuesday, 11/27, followed by HEAVILY TECHNICAL 90-minute interviews on Wednesday, 11/28 and Thursday, 11/29. In-person interviews are VERY STRONGLY preferred due to the format of the interviews. Client will consider candidates only able to do web interviews only if absolutely necessary. Please confirm your candidate is available to interview (please specify in-person or web/video interview availability) on the days noted.
Question 6
OCIO contractor personnel are now required to undergo additional background check investigations (run by OCIO) prior to starting, requiring completion of several waiver forms & a fingerprint processes. Selected candidate will be responsible for completing all required waiver forms (CAI will provide), scheduling and completing the fingerprinting process, and returning all completed items to OCIO for processing. Please confirm you''ve discussed this with your candidate and he/she will comply if selected.
