Ability to lead a small to medium team in Agile / scrum methodology.
Very strong & working experience in .Net with MVC along with Angular experience
Ability to clearly understand, articulate the requirements and align to project goals, design solutions and provide guidance to the team as well as be a doer to the core.
Ability to provide accurate estimates and plan the deliverables to meet the timelines of the project.
Work in conjunction with the testing, development, BA and Project Manager and work towards achieving the common project goals.
Ability to timely escalate on any potential risks and plan for mitigation strategies.
