Key Responsibilities:
Ongoing development and support for all components of DSC View (hosted in Azure as a PaaS), which is an internally developed solution used to streamline and automate D&C DSC workflows utilizing a DevOps approach
Design and develop APIs for integration of real-time data and processes between other systems of record as necessary
Partner with stakeholders in D&C DSC, BU D&C, BU IT, and ITC to understand real-time data requirements in support of new DSC services and workflows, propose technology designs, and deliver the corresponding solutions
Work closely with Enterprise Architect and Solution Architects to ensure compliance with Upstream and Enterprise standards
Maintain awareness and participation of industry trends, especially for real-time data standards (e.g. WITSML), data analytics, and capabilities of the Azure cloud platform
Liaise with industry specialists (internal and external) for development of concepts for integration into real-time tools and subsequent deployment of those tools
Skills Requirements:
Design and implement interfaces for integrating agile development with other frameworks
Design and develop applications or technology interfaces and bridges (APIs)
Implements system lifecycle functions, features and facilities of modern structure methods
Performs one or more secure SDLC activities on highly complex applications with multiple platforms, technologies and tools that fulfill security and privacy requirements
Design and orchestrated the use of business analytics for strategic decision making
Familiarity with data architecture and data workflows
Experience adhering to or implementing Information Protection processes and ITSM processes (e.g. Change Management, Incident Management, Release Management)
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple efforts at once
Experience with stakeholder engagements to a diverse and broad audience
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work and communicate tactfully and effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize, negotiate and execute with a sense of urgency.
Upstream and D&C workflows
Experience of the WITSML and OPC structure, data and workflows
Experience developing and deploying Azure PaaS solutions.
May be required to provide 24/7 on-call support as need.
