Roles & Responsibilities:
· Utilize Microsoft technology stack, lead solution design and delivery, guide development best practices
· Architect technical solutions utilizing Microsoft technology stack
· Code and programming, ad hoc troubleshooting, and general system problem solving
· Speak at local, regional, and national Microsoft conferences
· Flexible, ability to multi-task and earn the trust and confidence of clients and co-workers
· Ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and quality
Requirements:
· The right person will be highly technical and analytical, possess 5+ years of development/consulting experience
· Experience architecting and developing high-volume, secure, and scalable, transactional, and distributed web, and windows systems
· Experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, SQL Server, WCF, and App Fabric
· Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
· Technical degree required; Computer Science or Math background highly desired
· Experience with CRM, SharePoint, and Integration Tools & Platform such as BizTalk is a plus
