Position: Sr C# .Net Developer

Senior level Dot Net MVC resource who can play the role of a senior developer and coordinate the team back at offshore. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:

Advanced knowledge of C#, .NET Core, .NET MVC
Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript
Advanced knowledge of jQuery and Bootstrap
Advanced knowledge of Relational Databases and Architecture
Experience implementing and automating testing platforms and unit tests
Proficient using GIT
Knowledge of web services architecture and design REST / SOAP
Object design and implementation with emphasis on maintaining data integrity, streamlining cross-functional business processes and facilitating business intelligence
Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology
Agile backlog grooming to mature user and technical requirements with an emphasis to provide the best possible user experience
Project and technical design and development leadership
Training and mentoring of other team members
Process Skills:

Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
Behavioral Skills:

Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
