Description:
3 + years with CSS3, HTML5, REST API, . Angular 2.0 and Node JS will be good to have.
3 + years working with CNET , ASP .NET , WCF, WPF, WWF, MVC 3.0/4.0/5.0, IIS 7/7.5/8 , VS 2010/2013/2015, SSIS,SSRS.
3+ years working with SQL,ORACLE 11,T-SQL, PLSQL, CRON JOBS.
Experience in using high level of debugging practices.
Experience working with ADFS or any other SSO tool.
Fair understanding of SharePoint 2010.
Understand how CMS portal work (Kentico/Site Core
Experience working on SAAS platforms ( good to have
Experience working in KANBAN/ Agile Methodologies ( good to have
Job Responsibilities
Provide day to day to support and resolve support tickets.
Adhere to agreed SLA’s and ensure the tickets are resolved within the agreed SLA’s
Codes and performs unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical Requirements for the bugs and small enhancements.
Develops technical documentation.
Support UAT and Deployment of changes.
Help client do Functional and Regression .Testing.
Familiar with ITIL processes ( Incident, change and problem management processes
Teamwork – cooperative, gets along with others, agreeable, supportive, helpful, collaborative.
Work ethic – hard working, willing to work, loyal, initiative, self-motivated, on time, good attendance and commitment to meet or exceed initiative objectives and timeline.
Time management / Organized- has a sense of urgency, Available to work on extended hours and weekend if required.
Mentors and coaches less experienced staff and able to work in onsite and offshore model.
Ramp up on newer tech stacks and eager to learn and adapt in ever changing environment.
