We are looking a person energetic and willing to research, learn and implement new technologies.
Project summary:
Research and prototype Bot-based framework to support day-to-day, 24/7 BU requests, to answer product documentation questions, generate custom models based on user input, searching for analogous models, searching relevant info in the right Cop SharePoint, internet data locations, etc. to complement current support workflows.
Reading and filtering data from the external sources using APIs/ database etc.
Determine how the Data Layer Framework [Knowledge Base] will link to the Digital Assistant to pull/push query information to the user
Design reusable technology and framework to be applicable to other support functions.
Experience requirements:
Must have ( 5+ years in Microsoft framework )
C#, ASP .NET, ASP .NET CORE, Web Services
Working knowledge with API, Database MsSQL, HTML, jQuery, Python, JavaScript experience, ReactJS
Experience with Azure cloud services, Chat BOT framework, Cognitive Services (nice to have )
