Job Description:
Knowledge in maintaining Records and Information Management (RIM) principles and best practices
Need to have experience building, implementing, and creating automatic workflows for Records Management (RMA)
Complete knowledge on Business Process and Lifecycle Management
Experience with Documentum Webtop, XCP, Composer, and Captiva
Good experience in development of File Plan, Taxonomy, Document Types, and Document Numbering System in alignment with RIMS requirements, IT systems abilities and Company business needs.
Expertise in Implement Security Levels and creates restrictive markings as mandated by business requirements
Work closely with IT and RIMS to ensure the technology is meeting Records and Information Management requirements and standards
Knowledge in creating complex record relationships (virtual records)
Experience in working with EMC Documentum (content management software package) is required
Atlassian experience strongly preferred, for example, JIRA, Confluence, and SourceTree.
Experience in authoring and consuming SOAP and REST web services
Experience in creating Physical Records tracking/management
Should have knowledge in implementation of Records Retention Schedule and create lifecycle workflows.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have modern Java Framework Experience such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts, Stripe, Agile and Spring Boot.
XML/XSLT, REST/Web Services, CMIS web services, multi-threaded JAVA, JDBC, WebSphere, JQuery, JSP and Java Script
Experience with Java as primary language including, Tomcat, Maven, and Git. Docker experience a plus.
Strong JavaScript skills, including JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery, KnockoutJS, nodeJS
Educational Requirement(s):
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Or
Master’s degree in any Engineering field from any University in the United States with 1+ industry experience also considered
