Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support/ Maintain/ Develop Documentum, D2, Captiva, WebServices, and .NET based applications. Resolve tickets/issues logged by users.
Administer, Monitor and keep Documentum/D2 applications and components (Server, Infra) in a working steady state. Coordinate with other team members to keep the all the environments in a healthy state following SDLC, and Incident, Work Order, Problem, Change Management processes.
