1)5+ years of experience with Documentum to move content within internal systems with 1000+ users (must have experience with Document 7.3)
2) Experience with Documentum D2 to support web-based applications
3) Experience supporting enterprise-wide applications
Job Description:
The resources need to have excellent communication and need to be senior developers with versatility as they will be supporting 42 different forms of applications using numerous frameworks.
The Environment is Agileish meaning the requirements follow the waterfall methodology while the development follows agile. A project would typically start with 4-6 weeks of Sprint Zero planning. First, Requirement Analyst work with the Business Users to understand their business needs. This information is brought back to create an Epic Story. Developers, RA’s, and QA’s sit in together to focus on story planning.
The Epic is broken into smaller User stories that are deemed realistic by development and QA. Once User stories are determined they are divided into task and based on the developer’s competency the developer determines his own timeline for deliverables. After scope and Estimations are determined, there are five sprints lasting 3 weeks a piece with check points at the end of each sprint. Between each sprint the checkpoint is in place to determine new feature adds or fixes to insure the Business Users Satisfaction. Typically all Users stories are determined before the project begins.
Each project ranges from 36-72 user stories. At the end of each Project there is one hardening sprint which includes performance testing and UAT testing (4-6 weeks The team uses Team Foundation Server for their stories and to track bug fixes. Once the project meets acceptance criteria it is deployed into a QA environment for once last check by the dealers. They do not deploy into production.
