Responsibilities
Upgrade the City’s Documentum installation and all its components like Content Server, Index Server, ADTS, etc. to 16.5 from 7.2
At the direction of the Client Records Manager, create new object types, expand current object types, and consolidate or eliminate object types. This would also involve moving existing documents to other object types.
Perform a broad range of software development activities associated with the configuration and implementation of Records Retention. Activities shall include reconciliation of policies, and automating deletion of documents.
Look at the current state of the system and recommend any changes or features to be implemented to make the system faster and secure.
Production support and knowledge transfer.
Work with the Client Documentum support team to configure and setup the system.

Deliverables
Upgrade the Client Documentum installation.
Review and update the Client current Records Management module.
On the behest of the Records Manager, shuffle document types around and associated documents accordingly.
Upon review of the state of the system, identify gaps, and upon Client approval, proceed with fixing the gaps.
Post implementation support and knowledge transfer with designated Client IT staff.
