Job Description :
- 3-5 years of development experience in DOC1 Version 4
- 3-5 years of development experience in analysis and documenting Business Rules in DOC1
- Must have good experience with Documentation
- Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements for applications)
- Experience clarifying and documenting functional and non functional business requirements, use cases and business rules
- Ability to analyze complex DOC1 V4 programs and translates code into concise, readable, unambiguous language
- Ability to document the data elements used and correlate each of them to the printed output
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage deliverables
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences and all levels of the organization
- Self-starter with the ability to learn through on the job experience
- Project Management/ Agile scrum knowledge
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency in an aggressive, multi-tasking environment
- Experience in a Windows desktop environment and AS400
- Preferred experience working with customers in the financial, healthcare and/ or life insurance industry
- Preferred experience working with LSP
- Requires advanced level of expertise in own discipline and knowledge of related disciplines
- Must target and the meet the deliverables timeline as agreed.
