Job Description :
We're looking for a Director of Talent with 10+ years of talent acquisition and development experience to lead our client's global recruitment strategy in Atlanta, GA.

The Director of Talent will guide the evolution of the recruitment process across the entire organization. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying, and implementing projects and metrics in order to increase business-wide recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.

The Director of Talent will:

Lead the global recruitment strategy, including developing a global talent plan to support company growth

Create standards used during onboarding process of new employees, ensuring excellent delivery

Drive implementation of technologies and systems across multiple regions, train employees on how to use systems effectively and ensure adoption of all technology practices

Create a platform that will guide recruitment programs across the entire business

Ensure the compensation strategy correlates to the competitive advantage within the market

Take the lead on all marketing recruitment practice

Guide the recruitment team towards exceptional hiring practices and ensure these practices are correctly implemented across the organization

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of extensive experience in an HR organization, leading recruiting

Bachelor's Degree in a related area, an advanced degree in a similar area is preferred

Proven success implementing recruiting strategies

Technical knowledge of HR systems and technology

System integration and deployment experience across an organization

Must know how to build out metrics and systems

Work experience in a high-volume recruiting, high growth environment

Knowledge of compensation strategy, change management programs and advanced HR metrics

International work experience is a huge plus
