Job Description :
We''re looking for a hands-on Director of IT with 10+ years of leadership experience to join a great team in Norcross, GA.

As the Director of IT, you will be hands-on in leading the business systems and IT infrastructure. You will lead the technology strategy for the entire organization, guiding the innovation and advancement of all tech platforms.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop technology strategy and roadmaps in support of overall business strategy

- Research, plan and design technology, processes and process improvement for the company

- Drive vendor management and integration of multi-vendor solutions

- Manage IT budget

- Identify operating needs and gaps and direct the design, development and maintenance of systems, programs and software

- Evaluates and integrates systems and processes of acquired companies or ventures

- Direct, plan, and manage the information systems policies

- Plan and administer the IT department including staffing, developing and managing personnel, and specifying and sourcing facilities, hardware and software

- Plan, administer and control the information systems resources and budget

- Maintain knowledge of developments of systems to assure that new developments are incorporated in future systems of the business

- Oversee the work of system administration and network personnel (manage licenses, and maintain information systems, desktop support and helpdesk, and data integrity)



REQUIREMENTS:

- 10+ years of experience leading an IT organization

- Bachelor''s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Solid experience leading all phases of an implementation lifecycle

- ERP and MRP software and processes knowledge

- Vendor management experience

- Deep project management skills with excellent organizational skills

- Experience developing, implementing, or supporting business critical solutions

- Strong leadership abilities – developing second tier leaders

- Must have 360° view to resource and scale technology platforms for the company
