Job Description :
As a Client Delivery and Engagement Director, you will be responsible for managing operations, resources, and execution of workflow and process improvements for multiple infrastructure enterprise projects for our Fortune 50 client. Additionally, you will be involved in setting up and growing an infrastructure practice with responsibility for managing the people, delivery quality and sales enablement.

Role will include the following responsibilities:

Support executive team in leading and engaging current and future teams in a Delivery Management capacity, while listening for and fostering new opportunities to help grow our business.
Identify broken processes and executing change strategies for process improvement
Report metrics, approach, and improvement plans to client’s executive leadership
Plan/define project scope, resources, and scheduling for infrastructure related projects
Working with leadership to create long-term managed solutions
Work with the team to create a life-cycle management model for storage and/or server build migrations
Provide client consultations about products or services, and develop solutions presentations for clients
Develop customized programs to meet client needs and close business

Requirements:
10+ years of experience with strategic planning and execution to drive diverse and complex enterprise IT projects.
5+ years of experience working in a similar role for a consulting organization selling technology solutions
Extensive, relevant experience of selling professional services to executive level prospects
Executive presence comfortable giving presentations and developing relationships with C-level executives.
Versed in leading, establishing and motivating team members across multiple business lines to improve overall delivery and streamline efficiencies.
Comfortable with a certain level of project ambiguity, and the flexibility to handle a changing environment.
Up to 25% travel may be required
