SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Account Manager you will be accountable for revenue growth in key accounts.
An Account Manager is the focal point for all engagements with the client. He/she is the prime in building and maintaining strong client relationships, and increase mindshare and market share.
Identify opportunities of growth in the account and lead account strategy and planning
Drive penetration in relevant client organization, developing and strengthening relationships with decision-makers and influencers
Monitors and incorporates trends and market dynamics into account strategy
Serves as the expert to the client for more advanced information regarding product, services, and competencies
Supports sales by analyzing opportunities, and communicates sales collateral within their area of focus.
Achieves assigned quota, physically visits customers at their offices.
Lead negotiation and commercial terms for large deals.
Smart internal and external stakeholder management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor''s Degree or Master’s Degree ( MBA preferred)
Typically 10+ years of selling experience at end user account.
Handling large client engagements(5M+) over long periods(3Y+)
Fortune 100 exposure
Experience developing positive relationships and solving customer problems.

Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of the Payment’s industry, competing vendors including competitive positioning.
Understanding of company''s products, and services and able to communicate the strengths of the company''s offerings, and overcome objections.
Effectively sells the company''s offerings by building strategic relationships with the client at CXO , CTO levels
Develops account plans with partner to grow the company''s share of the business.
Partners effectively with others to ensure coordinated, efficient account management.
Understanding of the s organization & operations, including key business offerings, solutions and thrive in company‘s multi-cultural , global work environment
High energy, ambitious and wants to make a mark
Excellent analytical ability and strong persuasion skills
