Description:
Provide application support for internal systems used by engineers to design and optimize the wireless network. This will entail answering user questions, processing data, monitoring system performance, overseeing automated feeds and referring out issues to other specialized resources (e.g. SA, DBA, development, product vendor, etc The applications run on a mixture of Windows, Linux and in browsers. Start time will be 6am Pacific so that East Coast users have support at the start of their business day.
Skills necessary to do this are scripting (e.g. python, PowerShell, Linux shell); automation (Ansible, Git, Jenkins, ssh); trouble shooting; problem solving; and written and verbal communication. The ability to automate tasks that are currently manual is of special interest.
Bachelor''s degree in information systems or technical-related field is preferred. 10+ years of experience.
