Guidewire Analyst Sr

Collaborates and supports the implementation of the Guidewire tool in the United States and other MAPFRE locations. Aligning business processes and coordinating with the global Competency Center to ensure the maximum possible reuse and application of best practices obtained in other implementations.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor''s plus Certificate, e.g. INS 21, 22, 23, or equivalent, related experience.
Experience: 6 - 8 years - or Associates Degree equivalent plus 8 or more years.
Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of practices within field. Integrates and evaluates new advancements in industry, concepts, techniques and standards to contribute to successful business results. Considered an expert in the field within the organization.
Decision Making: Makes complex decisions interpreting company policy, for which there is no set procedure. Decisions influence success for projects of significant impact importance, client relationships, expenses and or ability to meet organizational objectives.
Supervision Received: Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
Leadership: Provides guidance and training to less experienced staff as needed. Takes a lead role in group, team or project.
Problem Solving /Operations/Direct Work Involvement: Applies knowledge to determine solutions to complex problems with minimal direction. Uses research and analysis to develop innovative and practical solutions which are consistent with organizational objectives.
Client Contacts: Manages internal and external relationships. Represents organization as prime contact for projects and other necessary communications. Interaction may include senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring complex coordination between organizations. Communication involves persuasion and negotiation, as applicable. Seeks ways of improving client service.
6-8 years relevant systems integration experience, at least 2-4 of years specific Guidewire suite of products.
Experience in Agile development methodologies (SCRUM) in Guidewire projects.
Functional experience in all processes related to Policy Center, Claims Center and Billing Center of Guidewire.
Knowledge using Jira and Clarity.
Experience in analysis and taking requirements.
Experience in analysis of integrations.
Excellent communication skills required.
Some travel as required for projects.
