HR Systems Analyst (Workday HCM) in Keene, New Hampshire
Duration: FULL TIME

Position Overview
As the HR Systems Analyst Workday HCM, you will have a focus on Workday HCM, Comp, Talent, and Business Process.
Responsibilities
Conduct research and develop technical documentation to support system design change recommendations
Develop test plans and execute testing of planned system changes
Participate in day to day system configuration and technical support escalations, as both a supplement to the user’s knowledge and as a backup to the System Administrator
Reviews frequent technical support requests and/or exception reports to proactively identify areas of improvement
Creates and maintains technical documentation for the HRIS Department
Participate in / Receive technical training from vendors, IT, and participate in client delivered core skills training
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science
Equivalent vendor/industry certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt, Microsoft MCTS (Office Products), or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
3-5 years recent experience with an HRMS system such as Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Lawson, etc.
1-3 years of experience as an IT analyst writing technical documentation and proving/disproving the value /benefit of technical upgrades or configuration changes
1-3 years of experience developing test plans and executing/tracking test results
Has technical understanding of HR Information Systems (HRIS); proficient knowledge of one or more client’s HR applications
Demonstrates analytical skills and ability to use the results to make recommendations regarding configuration changes
Demonstrates strong documentation skills, through the creation of intelligible written presentations that contain in-depth technical content
Delivers calm and confident presentations of technology solutions to peers, management, and executives; tailors the message to the audience and drives for clear decision making
Discretion when working with sensitive data such as compensation or employee personal data
Leads others in analytical exercises; explores ideas and identifies clear pros and cons of any proposed solution; does so in a way that encourages participation and creative thinking
Creates clear cost/benefit analyses that include both hard and soft costs, as well as tangible and intangible benefits
Strong organizational / presentation skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Has strong attention to detail; clarifies ambiguity and can separate details into clear requirements and/or permutations for testing
