ADP PAYROLL ANALYST
Location: Bedford, MA
Duration: 5+ Months
We need a temp Sr Payroll Analyst with heavy ADP processing experience for outgoing Sr analyst who will be on leave from now until end of year
Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Payroll, the Senior Payroll Analyst serves as the firm’s payroll subject matter expert. With this responsibility, the individual is expected to provide decision-making recommendations to management on all payroll-related matters. In addition, this lead role has accountability for the following:
Accurate and timely payment of all employee-related compensation
Maintenance of effective internal controls and business continuity plans for all payroll procedures
Prompt responses to employees, vendors, and colleagues on payroll-related questions
Active vendor relationship management with payroll service providers
Frequent communication on payroll–related interdependencies with cross-functional teams, i.e, Treasury,Finance, and Human Resources
Responsibilities:
This position encompasses all business processes of the payroll payment cycle. Functional responsibilities are as follows:
Ensuring successful completion of each payroll cycle
Reviewing payroll tax updates and assessing compliance requirements
Meeting all monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll-related tax filings and reporting requirements
Maintaining good relationships with respective clients, vendors, and cross-departmental teams
Keeping payroll records organized and compliant with retention policies
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with strong academic credentials with at least five years of proven payroll experience
Knowledge of ADP Payroll applications- PayForce, ADP General Ledger and TimeSaver a plus
Proven ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
Collaborative personality
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Effective communication skills, e.g., business writing and presentations
