Job Description :
Responsibilities

Serve as Org Change Management Lead for one or more projects
Apply a structured Organizational Change Management approach and tools to create OCM strategies and plans that are appropriate for project type, scope, and complexity
Liaise with internal team, and technical and business-facing stakeholders where appropriate to promote program / capability awareness, and generate support for achievement of program objectives
Lead required change assessments to define and document project-driven change impacts
Lead the design, development, delivery and execution of requisite plans, including communication and engagement plans, to promote a common understanding of program capabilities that can be articulated in business (non-technical) terms
Identify key stakeholders, conduct regular assessments to gauge achievement of goals, and report progress by stakeholder groups
Develop and manage risk / resistance mitigation tactics
Coordinate efforts with program / enterprise OCM / Communications teams, and project teams to support consistent and streamlined distribution of messages
Partner with external organizations / stakeholder groups as appropriate to support desired change / project outcomes
Work with Project Mangers(s) and program PMO to integrate change management activities into integrated project and program plans, as appropriate
Define and measure project specific change management success metrics and monitor change progress
Skills

Knowledge of digital domain concepts and capabilities, and ability to translate into business context that can be understood and actioned upon by business-facing stakeholders / audiences
Experience development technology / product strategies
Expertise is designing and documenting digital solutions and supporting workflow in work documents and deliverables such as swim lane, process maps, and full fidelity clickable prototypes
Able to communicate technical product concepts using business language and through visual communication approaches
Experience supporting non-technical users and business-facing stakeholders through digitally-driven business process / organizational changes
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating visuals to simplify complex concepts
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)
Expert in crafting messages via clickable prototypes and PowerPoint decks using infographic and other high impact techniques
Proficient in Digital Experience and User Experience tools
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Strong executive presence; ability to tailor presentation style
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
10+ years working on digital transformation programs
Proven experience with Portal platforms including the IBM Digital Experience Solution platform and ability to translate its technical capabilities into business solutions / communicated in business terms
Experience using with standard project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Experience working with / understanding of nuances of working within federal, state, or public sector entities
