Experience 8 + years
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:
Between 6-15 years of experience in e-Commerce support operations
Strong Experience in Incident management, Major Incident Management, Triaging, Change Management, Designing SOP''s, Publish reports
Experience in all end to end e-Commerce processes
Worked on Tools for management like Dynatrace, New Relic, Kibana, ELK, Any ITIL process management tools
Strong in communication with the Third parties, Senior leadership - VPs, CXO''s
Roles and responsibility:
Incident management, Triaging, Change Management, Desing SOP''s, Publish reports
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:
Work with different teams – Technology and Business Teams
ReactJS/Spring Boot
