Role Digital Support Lead
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills 6+ years of experience in e-Commerce support operations
Strong Experience in Incident management, Major Incident Management, Triaging, Change Management, Designing SOP''s, Publish reports
Experience in all end to end e-Commerce processes
Worked on Tools for management like Dynatrace, New Relic, ELK, Any ITIL process management tools
Strong in communication with the Third parties, Senior leadership
Roles and responsibility Incident management, Triaging, Change/Release Management, Design SOP''s, Publish reports
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Work with different teams – Technology and Business Teams
Retail e-Commerce platform
Java/J2EE, React JS, Unix, SQL (Good to have - Spring Boot)
Total experience in required skill (years) 6+ years
Work Location Blue Ash or Cincinnati , OH
Duration Full Time
