Title: Digital Project coordinator

Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 4 months

Description:
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Digital Project Manager and our Digital Producers supporting in the creation of our seasonal digital assets, ongoing seasonal digital selling tools/experience and initiative based content and improving aspects of the workflow process.

Candidate will perform various coordinating tasks, like:
- Work back schedule and workflow chart creation, management and tracking
- Image search and Brief creation for rendering, gathering and mapping of critical content information in all our client source systems (images, line art, price, offering role…)
- Template automation (thru InDesign and Illustrator)
- Photoshoot organization - Post production monitoring
- Smart sheets and assets management – tracking, uploading, tagging
- Look book creation base on content available
To succeed in this role, candidate should have excellent time management and communication skills, as all candidate''s collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadline

Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree is Business, Marketing, Communication or related field, 2 years of additional experience in lieu of degree
- 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Digital or related field
- Completely comfortable with all Microsoft tools (specifically Excel)
- Medium skills with Adobe creative suite and Adobe InDesign
- Some familiarity with digital production and basic interaction and UI design
- Ability to follow and implement a visual style guide
- Familiarity with basic CSS, HTML
- Ability to create production guidelines and specs
