Job Description :-
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage seamless delivery of digital projects across multiple Client accounts.
2. Create/Evaluate Project Plans and monitor Project progress and Delivery quality
Act as Scrum Master for Agile based implementations by guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
3. Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team.
4. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution, risk management.
5. Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
6. Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
7. Strong Stakeholder management through Reporting and Governance.
8. Troubleshoot project issues with Account Management and engage appropriate resources as needed
9. Proactively work to improve delivery quality, repeatability and on-time delivery of key projects as part of both project work and/or strategic company initiatives.
10. Conduct status reviews with project team and leadership on a regular basis.
Experience :-
1. Candidate must have at least 8-10 years of end-to-end IT Project management experience.
2. Must have experience in handling multiple or/and simultaneous project/s or programs.
3. Proven project management experience gained in a fast- paced development or infrastructure environment.
4. Experience in leading complex project management and change initiatives
5. Preferable (but not required) to have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or has attended Project Management Training/ Workshop.
6. CSM (or equal) certification will be a big plus (else Agile based experience required)

1. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
2. Able to quickly form strong working relationships, builds teams and develops individuals.
3. Strong, proactive, task-driven individual with a passion to make a difference.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiating skills, sense of responsibility, confidence and high motivation.
5. Be proficient in the development cycle SDLC waterfall and Agile methodologies
6. Proven success influencing and working with people effectively across Horizontal (ex: Practices, CoEs) and Vertical (ex: industry) company groups
7. Have the ability to work effectively under significant deadline pressure
8. Knowledge of various well-documented Agile patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burn-down technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc
