Job Description :
Work directly with developers, engineers, customer experience designers, program managers, business & QA analysts and other stakeholders in the business on a daily basis
Assess current digital usage of the new life insurance application and tools on the new technology platform by Primerica Reps and be laser-focused on KPIs to track progress and manage changes quickly
Identify opportunities for improvement.
Act as an ongoing champion for the supported products. The Digital NextGen Life Insurance Product Owner, with the support of the head of Primerica Life Insurance, Business Technology, product management, operations and key stakeholders, will be responsible for maintaining momentum around new features and functionality beyond table stakes, and continue to act as champions for the vision of the electronic life insurance application product and supporting tools.
