You have at least 5 years of professional work history creating great experiences for end-users and a portfolio that demonstrates your process (not just the end-state
You’re an innovator by nature and highly adaptable. When faced with limits, you become more — not less — creative. You bring projects from concept to completion, doing everything possible to ensure their success.
You “think” AND “do”. You care immensely about the details. You’re smart, confident, highly competent—and mature enough not to have an ego.
You’re a skilled communicator who welcomes honest, candid feedback - and can also provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
You think of data and testing as allies in creating the best possible user experience.
You successfully balance a focus on crafting inspirational design solutions with a desire for understanding the definition of success through data, insights, and customer experiences.
You have experience designing for a wide range of platforms (mobile, desktop, tv, etc and creating solutions that can scale.
You are as comfortable shaping a long-term strategic project vision as you are defining UX patterns and principles.
You switch gears with ease and have the capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
You are up on the latest tools and trends (Adobe, Sketch, etc, and have experience creating clickable prototypes for user research.
